Before your Wedding

Once you have decided you'd like to know more, I'll organise a mutually convenient time to come and see you to go through everything and answer any questions you might have. There is absolutely NO obligation and NO pressure, I'll also bring some samples along for you to look at.

I'll go through my Wedding Packs with you, discuss any individual needs you might have and show you the samples I'll bring along. I'll also make suggestions and give ideas for your Photography on your Big day.

After our meeting I leave the date of your Wedding provisionally booked for 1 week whilst you have a think about it. During this time I won't hassle you or contact you at all, as I said before there is NO pressure and NO obligation whatsoever. If you decide to go ahead and book with me you simply fill in the Terms of Business (I leave this with you when we meet) and pay your deposit.

A minimum non-returnable deposit of £150 is payable upon booking.

The terms of business are...

• A non-returnable deposit of £150 payable upon booking.
• Booking form to be completed and signed by both Bride & Groom to be.
• 50% of any remaining balance is payable 28 days prior to the Wedding.
• Any outstanding balance is to be paid on receipt of the Wedding Album proof pages (or confirmation your images are ready for Wedding Pack 1)

I will send you a booking receipt once any funds have cleared. I then contact you 4 - 6 weeks before your Wedding to organise your free Engagement shoot and our Wedding planning meeting.

You are always welcome to contact me at any time, planning a Wedding gives you lots to think about and it's easy to forget things here and there!

The Engagement shoot is a great time for us all to visit the Venue (or place of ceremony) and get to know each other a little better. It's also great practise in front of the Camera! I'll be looking with you at the best places for photo's and where the best light is (we'll try to get there at the same time of day your Wedding is booked). We will take plenty of pictures of the two of you and discuss exactly what you'd like on the day. This all helps with planning your photography.

No, it is not compulsory!

These pictures will be put into the private gallery that will become your Wedding gallery. Here you can view your pictures and buy any that you like. I do have a number of super ideas that some of these images can be used for at your Wedding!

No, prints are charged for at the normal rate. There are NO price increases for Wedding photography, all prints prices remain the same. (Please click here for print prices)

We'll go through each hour of your day, listing what photographs are required with who and where. I'll make suggestions and offer advice to help make things as smooth as possible.

Usually about an hour, depending on the size of the Wedding !

No, although I recommend that you do as it helps make your Wedding day go smoothly.

I'll put together a plan to use on the day for your photography. Now you can concentrate on everything else and have no need to worry about your photography!

No, this is for my assistant and I to use and may be subject to changes due to weather, over runs etc. I will make sure all your Photography is covered and you can enjoy your day.

I will contact you with the amount of your next payment, and to organise our meeting and Engagement shoot around 28 days prior to your Wedding.

During your Wedding

I arrive with my assistant about 30 minutes before our agreed start time to set up etc. (Start times and where we meet etc are organised at the planning meeting)

I'll start taking pictures just as we agreed at our meeting, this is your Big day, have fun!

That's no problem, just tell me and I'll get them for you.

Don't worry at all, I'll adjust as we go and will get everything on my plan, even if it's later in the day.

My assistant will help me get anyone we need, I will always be polite and courteous to your guests as will my assistant.

No, just enjoy your day! I'll take care of all your photography.

I take a lot of pictures to minimise "blinkies" (people with closed eyes in group shots) and to capture the feel of your day. If I'm not taking formal photo's I'll be taking informal and reportage style photo's, so you end up with quite a few!

I'll come to see you both and ask if there are any extra pictures you'd like taken. I then leave you to enjoy the rest of your evening!

After your Wedding

Your pictures will be ready a maximum of 4 weeks after your Wedding, usually quicker.

You will have a Private Gallery for you and your guests to view and buy pictures.

By going to Private Galleries and entering your Username and Password (given to you after your engagement shoot).

During our Wedding meeting I will offer to leave cards on tables with the Website address and Username and Password of your gallery on for your guests to pick up, or there are other options if you prefer.

Once you have had a good look through your photo's we can start on your Album.

This depends on how many pages you choose and how many adjustments we make. Once the Album is finished it is sent to print, where it takes 7 working days to be produced.

Your gallery will be there for one full year.

As soon as your pictures are ready I can supply your DVD's once payment has cleared.

When your Album is ready to be sent to print, or for Wedding Pack 1 when you receive confirmation your pictures are ready.

No, I archive all my pictures.

Yes, I will supply the DVD's of Jpegs with the other Wedding Packs, prices on request.
